The clothes are really cute ngl, but the delivery took way longer than I expected. I kept checking the tracking and it barely updated, which was kinda frustrating. It’s not the worst experience ever, but tbh it’s annoying if you need your order by a certain date.

I returned an item and did end up getting my refund, but it took a little longer than I expected. Customer service did respond and they seemed fine, just not super quick. My gut told me it would work out, and it did, but the whole process could definitely be smoother.

They've got a nice range of sizes, which I really appreciate. I just wish a few more of the styles came in bigger sizes too

I ordered a dress from Hell Bunny during a promo, and the discount was actually decent. I wouldn’t say it’s the cheapest place to shop, but I felt better buying when there was an offer on rather than paying full price.
The only downside was that some sizes disappeared quickly, so I ended up choosing a different colour than I first wanted. Still, I’m happy with what I got, and I’d probably check back again next time there’s a sale instead of rushing into an order

Support did get back to me, so that was good, but yeah, it took a few days, which felt a bit long when I was waiting around checking my email and wondering if I’d missed something. They were friendly once they replied, no complaints there really, I just wish the response had been a little quicker.

I ordered a black dress from hellbunny.com, but when it arrived it was a different color. The size was right, so I guess that part was fine, but I needed the black one for the weekend, so it was really annoying. Customer service did get back to me, just not as quickly as I would’ve hoped. I’m usually picky about how a dress feels, this one got the important stuff right. I mostly pay attention to fit and comfort, and it fit me perfectly while staying comfy all day. Really happy with it.

I’ll be honest, I’m probably a bit biased because I really do like their clothes and usually find stuff that fits my style. But shopping on the website was kind of annoying. Pages were loading slowly for me, and every time I went back, the filters seemed to reset, which got old fast. Checkout on my phone also felt clunky and not very smooth. I did get my order placed eventually, but the whole experience was more frustrating than it should’ve been.

I thought this dress had sold out already, or maybe that was last week? I can’t even remember now. Either way, I checked again and somehow it was still in stock in my size. Checkout was quick and easy too, which was a nice surprise.

I really like the style of this dress, but the sizing was off for me. I ordered my usual size and somehow it was tight around the waist but loose up top, which was frustrating. It’s not terrible, but I hate wasting energy dealing with stuff like this when I just want it to fit right. If I bought it again, I’d probably size up and just have it altered.
